Hello again everyone I have a bit of a issue that just started and happens at random start ups, but when i start it the rps spike up and down for about 16 to 20 seconds than stops but also stops when i rev the engine , what does every body think the issue is, I own a 2013 chevy impala

hello again everyone so important question and update so the problem with my 2013 chevy impala was actually that my evap valve had gone bad , I had my engine light pop on yesterday morning and went to autozone and got that code when they used their scan tool, do I need to recalibrate the part when I am replacing it or no and unfortunately because of economic circumstances I cant change it till Saturday, does anyone think that is to long without changing it no, thank you everyone again.
It is part of your emissions control and you can wait pretty much as long as you want to replace it (if you have to pass an emissions test you need to replace it before then). Just swap it out for the bad one, no type of calibration is needed.
