Mini 2012 R60

Hi Scotty, my name is Albert and I’m from Mexico City, I have a 2012 Mini Cooper R60 with a N18 engine, about a month ago I noticed smoke coming out of the tail pipe, thought it had a bluish color so I thought it was due to oil burning in the chamber so I checked the turbo but it is fine, I’ve done leak tests and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary, I was puzzled as I have never encountered something like this in a mini, and I think is relevant to mention that te smoke comes and goes, it’s not a constant issue but yesterday I noticed something, if I leve the engine running without driving it ( idle) the smoke starts coming out after a few minutes ( 5 to 10 min) and it doesn’t stop, but if I drive te car normally the smoke never comes out again, it’s a condition that only is present if the car is not moving but the engine is running, I would think it has something to do with the PCV valve in the valve cover of the engine, I’ll really appreciate your advice and opinion on this issue with my mini.

Thanks

All right it's a mini in the English Bank pretty crappy engines. Anytime you get blue smoke that is a combo of burning metal and burning oil generally pissed and rings starting to wear out typical on those little things. My old neighbor in Houston had one the engine blow up at 65,000 MI
