Hi, i have an Opel Insignia from 2012 with 2.0 Diesel engine.
I had this bouncing RPMs on coldstart all the time. I changed a bad fuel pressure regulator and the fuel filter. It helped so far. but sometimes on coldstart the rpm(+-50) is bouncing again. When engine is warm its all normal. What could it be ? I cleaned the maf and map sensor, throttlebody and put diesel cleaner in the tank. what i found out with my scan tool was, that bouncing startet after water temp hit a 20° and ended after its 40° Maybe this info helps. For me its still a mystery ... somebody an idea?scotty?? {black}:pray:

Clean the IAC valve.
