I have a 2001 pontiac grand prix car runs fine when cold after it gets warmed up rpm gauge jumps or bounces when parked or when at a stop sign or red light and sometimes press gas and the car starts to spudder and wants to die like it's not getting gas also if I'm driving I use cruse control or keep my foot on the gas car will run just fine as long as I keep gas running through the car

Sounds like a faulty CPS signal

It could be your fuel pump or fuel injectors, have them tested but it could also be your idle air control valve so clean that as well.

Sounds like a faulty crankshaft position sensor. Keep in mind, you may have to relearn it after replacing depending on the vehicle.
