I have 2013 Dodge Dart, just replaced the front axles on it. I've been hearing a rubber band stretching sound coming from the front end for as long as i've owned the car but it seems to be getting worse. No other noises or anything coming from the front end. What could it be?

Have you already tried load testing all the front end parts?
