Hey Scotty, my 2010 Toyota sienna has recently been making noise from under the steering wheel where the plastic trim piece is. It’s like a rumbling or clicking sound that occurs when I’m both driving and parked. I’m not sure what this could be and searched the internet to see if I could identify the issue but couldn’t find anything. Hoping you could help. PS the noise doesn’t sound like it’s coming from the engine bay
From your description of the noise I'd be surprised if it wasn't the Air Outlet Control Servo Motor.
Probably has a broken plastic gear inside and the motor is continuously running.
You can reach up there and disconnect its wiring connector to see if the noise stops.

If your CV axles are original, it could be they're starting to wear out. Open up the trim piece and look, that's a very vague term, by the way. Which "trim piece" are you talking about?
