Rumbling sound when shifting from Park to Reverse

Hi Scotty, my parents have a 2015 Toyota Rav4 with just over 110,000 miles. I noticed that when shifting only from park to reverse there seems to be some rumbling noise. Not sure if its coming from the transmission. It only happens for about two seconds before stopping. When switching from Drive or Neutral to reverse it does not do this sound. Just from park to reverse. Also the sound is quite low, with any music on you will not be able to hear it. You sorta have to really listen for it. Another thing to note is that the sound is significantly less when the car is already at operating temp. Its almost difficult to hear it actually, but on cold start there is a sound. Just wondering if this is normal? Oil in the car has been changed regularly and the car has no check engine lights. The car drives fine and the transmission shifts good.

When is the last time the transmission was serviced?

It was last serviced during the 100,000 mark.

I would start looking at universal and CV joints as well as wheel bearings.
