I drive a 1999 Jeep TJ 4.0 Manual with about 275,000 mi. I gave it a tune up with new ignition cables, plugs, dist cap/rotor etc. Shortly after I began to get a lack of power ascending our local grades around Carson/Tahoe. Clogged fuel fliter? Also, can you recommend a good scan tool for my TJ? And do I grease new rear sway bar U bushings on install? Thanks. You're the Best.

Probably the filter or your fuel pump. Have the fuel pressure tested.
