this is a bit of along question and ill try to simplify it as much as i can.
i Own a 2006 eclipse GT 6 speed
the car has been running very lean since I fixed the misfires and I'm unsure why so i looked at my Long Term Fuel Trim and my Short Term Fuel trim to see what was up
with the car fully warmed up my long term fuel trim on both banks was 12.5 percent so pretty lean however the short term is about positive 3 percent
when i hold the RPMs at about 3k the long term fuel trim does not drop which makes me think there isn't a vacuum leak but possible.
i have two upstream 02 sensor codes saying low voltage however they are working and all 4 of my sensors fluxuates between 0.1 to 0.7 but hovers at 0.1 mostly
i am completely lost on why its running so lean idk if there are multiple little vacuum leaks or if its a fuel issue or even the tune from the previous owner.
any ideas i appreciate.

This can easily cause it.
