Just bought a brand new Lexus RXL 350. Do you recommend me getting it rust proofed and under coated?

It depends how long you plan to own the vehicle, and...
Understand that if you want to do it properly, it will need to be professionally done, on a regular basis, and it's not cheap.
I don't think it's worth the cost, and I think it makes more sense to just keep the vehicle chassis clean and washed, especially in the winter time.
