What do you currently recommend for a rust reformer for the undercarriage of cars? I live in Rochester, NY and cars rust here badly.
Also, is Rust Bullet BlackShell as good to use as Rust Bullet Metallic Gray rust inhibitor?

You have to apply rust prevention additives before it occurs. And you have to make it right.

If it's so bad that you can punch a hammer or screwdriver through, it's too late. If it is just surface rust then spraying with Fluid Film or similar product each season can help slow down further corrosion.
