hi scotty great stuff! Calgary Canada here, I picked up a 2001 ford explorer sport for 300 bucks rusted right out but works ok except the one rear turn signal . Cant figure it out, one guy said its a bad ground from motor to frame? Maybe the rust? I havent crawled under and really checked it out . Thought id ask the master Scotty first.. Hi, I once fixed a bad ground,,,engine to frame by simply running a wire from engine to a frame ground ,being sure to create a new ground, sure enough that solved it for me, fifteen mins is all it took. You may want to consider that if the tail light area is all rusted out,, that would be the area to run the new ground wire to.
