Hey Scotty love the channel! I just recently purchased a 2013 Lexus RX 350 with 105,000 miles. There are no problems and the computer didn't show any codes that I used my scan tool on. Is it a good idea to do a transmission fluid change at this mileage? perfect maintenance records with no major repairs. I would avoid a flush just a fluid and filter change.

I believe schedule on those is every 30k miles. If maintenance has been perfect as you say it should have been done at 90k. If not I would do just fluid and filter. No flush as you say.
Nothing wrong with doing a drain & fill now. And you'll know that it's done for peace of mind. Just keep up with it every 30-40k and it'll last ya for a long time.

Yes, do a drain+fill. From now on do it more often, no later than every 50k miles.
