My parents have a home on the beach. They need a new suv. I have noticed their 2010 Honda Pilot is starting to really rust and or corrode. Not the paint, but everything under the car and under the hood.
I'm assuming if they washed it more, it would not have corroded as much...
Any suggestions for a new SUV make or model that might not corrode as quickly?

Keeping the salt off the metal will help any SUV last.
Conversely, no SUV will last if exposed to salt water for extended periods of time without being cared for. Just comes down to if they want it to last, they will need to tend to it better.

Highlander, CX-30, maybe even a new Pilot. For reliability, definetly Highlander, but the other choises are also excellent.
