Hey Skotty,
I leave my car at my work's parking lot and they use the blower to clean the leaves. After that I always find my car covered with ridiculous amount of sand. It's all over my car. They even managed to get it inside the mirrors? Do you think it can cause any damage to the paint or mirror motor??? And what would be the best solution to clean the car with minimum possible damage?? I have a brand new car it makes me worried.
thank you in advance
Big Fan!
Your mirror motors are fine. I would use one of the those pressurized wands to clean the sand, and then one of those soft fuzzy mitts.
Thank you!
Joe is correct. Can you park somewhere different to avoid this? (I presume you already tried that?). Also, maybe you can install a car cover over it next time to mitigate this issue in the first place.
A car cover seems like the perfect solution for a new car!
Whether your car covered by sand or not.
Never use automatic car wash with brush.
Use wand wash.
