Is there an emergency key slot for a 2009 Saturn trunk release? The push button don’t work on the driver door the pops the trunk you really have to climb in through the backseats to pop the trunk I bought the car from cars 4 u and are they allowed to vote a vehicle without a valid inspection sticker?

Unfortunately there is nothing mentioned about it in the trunk section of the owner's manual:
