Can you recommend a scan tool for my 2013 Ford E350 cargo van that has the option for tire upgrade to perform a speedometer re-calibration. My van has the Quigley 4WD conversion

this usually requires very sophisticated tools and know-how.

Quigley should be able to do it for you.

They are located in PA and I'm in Fla, besides I want to purchase a scan tool for other repairs and diagnostics.

I use a Super chip programmer that has the tire upgrade option on my 2002 cargo van with the same engine, 5.4
I've contacted Super chip and they don't make a programmer for the 2013 year cargo van.

I purchased a XTOOL D7 Diagnostic Scan Tool like the one Scotty recommended on one of his youtuber videos but the damn thing only had the tire upgrade option for 2 vehicles and neither were for a Ford

I feel like the teacher in the movie... Ferris Bueller's Day Off...
anyone, anyone... anyone..?

A diagnostic tool that can also do flash programming will likely cost in the $thousands, whereas a speed shop will probably do it for a few hundred.
To do it properly ABS needs to recalibrated, and transmission shift points in the PCM too. A vehicle has multiple speed sensors which all need to correlate with each other.
