Scotty, I am looking for a great scan tool with ABS capabilities for under $200, what would you recommend.
Only if the vehicle supports enhanced diagnostics.

Vehicles definitely support it. The question is, will your tool.
My BlueDriver displays that enhanced diagnostics are available on my 2014 Xterra but not on my 2002 Mustang.

I understand. And if you had a Ford tech tool, you would be able to do enhanced diagnostics on your Mustang too. The lack of support comes from Bluedriver, not the Mustang.
Thanks for clearing that up. It's not likely that I'll buy the Ford tool or that $3000 tool that Scotty uses. I suppose there might be something between $100 and $3000 that would provide enhanced diagnostics for my Mustang though.
