Which would be the best scanner for a Volvo S40 2004 1.9 L turbo?
Clarification: What do you need the scan tool to do for you?

Are you just looking for one to read just codes? Or something a little more serious with things that tell you live data on your car? Something that can test your alternator and battery if these are all in your interest I’d suggest the innova 3100 it does exactly these things and I think I spent $85 for it
