Just bought a 2007 Scion TC manual, 111k miles for 1600$. Around the 80k miles part the Engine blew due to negligence. Parts replaced (water pump, belt, spark plugs and few other parts) I have the history of all the maintenance .Owner did not want it anymore as they were moving out of state. Unfortunately AC blows warm but both fans are spinning, compressor works, and the cabin air filter was never swapped in years from what I saw so I did that ASAP. I thought that would do it. What are the next steps I should take?

Do a temperate diagnostic and check system pressures with a manifold gauge set.
