How many miles can i drive without shock absorbers ?

yes it s friends car has no shock absorbers and he wanted me to help.
I am assuming you mean they are shot. The car can become very dangerous driving like that. I would change them asap.

Specifically:
Besides smoothing out the ride, shock absorbers work with other suspension components (springs, anti sway bars, etc) to maintain even weight distribution and tire contact with the road. Without them, the downforce at the wheels will be unpredictable, and therefore, so will the steering and braking. Avoidance maneuvers will be adversely affected.
So, yeah, fix them ASAP.
