Scotty, I’m an outdoor power equipment mechanic but don’t know much about cars. My mom has a 2013 Toyota Sienna that has 140,000 miles on it. It has never had a transmission fluid change done. Do you recommend me doing a change or should I leave it alone?

Change the fluid and filter.

I have the same situation and just did a drain and fill a few week ago and it all worked out. Didn't notice much of a change in shifting or performance, there wasn't a problem to begin with, but now I have peace of mind, I will do again at 200K and suggest you do the same. Save old fluid in case something goes wrong.
