Scotty my wife and I are 80 years old with a 2005 dodge caravan 202000 miles that is probably on its last leg. My wife uses an electric wheelchair (stow inside of car) and wonder what we could buy for $15,000.00. We are on a fixed income! This request is from an east tennessee couple. Thank you
