hi Scotty,
buddy I have a 2010 Mazda 3 with 5 speed auto like your video.
i had same issue as yours. My mechanic told me its the TCM. I kept driving till it left me stranded. I replaced it with a refurb unit and the car shifts like a dream. No more clunking or slipping . The geniuses at Ford put the TCM where it gets got and wears out.
