Scotty please help. Im getting scammed!!
Hi scotty the other day i bought a scan tool on ebay from a name brand company i’ll just say. They sent me an offer and i accepted it and now they are saying they sent me an incorrect offer by mistake and wont ship out the scan tool. Its too late to cancel the order i already tried that. My money is in limbo and I would like it if you could shed light on this issue please.

You should never make private deals with eBay sellers for this exact reason. If you don't use sanctioned channels, eBay staff will be unable to help you.
How did you pay for the item? If you used paypal or a credit card, you'll have to submit a fraud report to them and try to claim back your money. Send as much documentation as you can , and your correspondence with the seller.
