Teenage girl buying corolla

Hello everyone, I've been on the hunt to buy my first car and I've narrowed down to the Toyota Corolla. I want this to really last me a long time and I'm in contact with a private party who is selling their 2022 Toyota Corolla LE Sedan 4D. It has 30,000 miles on it and they're asking $23,900 for it. Is there anything I should know about the car before purchasing or is the price too high for what they're selling? I'm kind of on my own so I've just been watching a lot of Scotty's Youtube to help me figure things out. I know someone on another forum said one of the corollas has an expensive battery. Is this one the same? I've saved up 10 months of working to get this money so I really want to be sure before I go for this car. Of course, I'll get an experienced mechanic to look at it as well before.

I'd wonder why the owner is selling it off so soon. For that kind of money you should be able to buy a brand new one.

I sure think so. A brand new 2023 LE 4D sedan model costs $21,700.

The used market is still pretty nutty.
