hi. My truck is totally dead. I keep charging battery, and checked for short with test like as you suggested on youtube.
i replaced my starter, ignition switch, starter solenoid, and alternator so far. Nothing so far. My truck never had problems until now.
it was just clicking at first, now nothing. Positive battery gets hot and I cannot find a short.

Positive battery gets hot
it shouldn't. Sounds like a bad connection. Use a battery post brush, and make sure the cable terminals are on there tight.
If that still doesn't work, get your battery + alternator load tested.
