Using Wagner thermo quiet pads, 65K, cannot remove T45 caliper bolt, also the pad that clips into the caliper is almost impossible to press into the brake cylinder. Is this normal??

1) a 10-year-old fusion might have a lot of rust on the brake parts. Try PB blaster and be patient. Might need an impact wrench, but be careful you don’t break something.
2). Don’t force the caliper piston. Get a brake caliper tool and be gentle. Make sure the fluid reservoir cap is loose.
