Now that thing's so old a zillion things could be wrong with it. But at least it's OBD2 I would clear any codes start up at least run it a little while and then analyze the live data and any codes that pop up. Awesome since those manifolds have all kinds of plastic parts and sensors and wiring double check that maybe one is broken or wire got pinched or there's a massive vacuum leak somewhere
