Bought 2004 Ford F150 5.4 Triton with the infamous spark plug breaking issue.
We replaced six of the eight plugs, doing the last two plugs today and there is a screw wedged in the spark plug hole. Had to of been from previous owner but any ideas on how to get out? Should we break the head of the spark plug off? Tried using picks and screw driver but it's wedged in tight! These last two are the driver side and passenger side rear plug holes, not much room to work in.

If the screw went in, then it has to come out. Use some long needle nose pliers and just wiggle it back and forth while pulling straight out.
Its difficult because its the driver side rear cylinder so not much room to work with. Unless do they make a long thin right angle plier?
