Noise at idle stops when pushing clutch in

Second gen Ram 1500 Noise at idle and drive but stops when push the clutch in. And hard to shift gears but warming up a few seconds shifts fine

Im a diy type of guy. I replaced the 

  • pilot bushing
  • flywheel
  • clutch
  • master and slave cylinder
  • throw out bearing

Well if the noise is coming from when you push the clutch in and out and you replaced all those parts. That would mean the bearings on the main shaft of the transmission are probably going out. I seen that before. As long as you use quality parts and all those parts are new. When you get a noise it's the main shaft as a transmission cuz when you push the clutch in there's less stress on it and you can get a noise from there
