Different fuel trims in OBDII mode vs. ECU live data

Hi Scotty,

When I look at the live data in the OBDii mode, for some reason the fuel trim values are different from the fuel trim values if I check them directly from the ECU module's live data. The ECU live data shows normal fuel trims +1% both LT and ST, but if the some fuel trims in OBDii mode show up to +7%. Any idea about the discrepancies and which data is more accurate?

Thanks for you help,

You've left out some important information...

Forgot to mention it is Honda Ridgeline 2008 and it's got 130000k.

It is automatic transmission and there are no codes or issues.

I don't know what OBDii mode is. Please provide some screen shots.

General live Dad is more accurate but realize one thing. You using a scan tool? They have extremely slow refresh rate. The only way that I really trust the data is that the freeze frame oscilloscope that gets the data within milliseconds. But of course they cost a lot of money. You got to know how to operate them. If the car runs fine, otherwise I would live with it because there's often discrepancy and scan to a data. They're just not fast enough
