Shaking and rough idle in Drive

I have a 99 Camry 2.0 with 202xxx miles, I’m feeling a lot of shaking and trembling in Drive when I’m stopped, but not in park or neutral. The car randomly shakes and trembles when the motor fans turn on to cool the engine and when I turn on my ac and lights and all electrical the car shakes even more. I changed the spark plugs and I cleaned the battery posts and I cleaned electrical  going to the alternator and the shaking still is on but mostly only in drive, it does it in park also but more randomly… idk what is going on help please

I just have a code for p0446 and a code for b1s2 but I fixed the o2 sensor the wire was cut off but I attached it back. I would think it’s the motor mounts but the car feels like it wants to turn off on me since it idles up and down between 800 and 600 rpm

Has it been scanned for codes and live data?

Torque converter is probably wearing out and your 23-year-old motor mounts may well be shot, making the vibration feel even worse.

Just a code for p0446 I checked and changed the gas cap to a stant brand gas cap and the code still pops up but they told me it was a fit for my Camry idk maybe the gas cap isn’t oe. It also said vacuum only on the cap

Check your alternator output.

At idle, it should be putting out about 14.5 volts.  When was the trans fluid and filter changed last?

Yeah it puts out that voltage and then when I turn on electrical components it drops down to 13.5 with the car on and in drive

Based on the code, it could also be a faulty EVAP vent solenoid.
