Hi, 2009 Dodge Caravan with 100k miles. When I hit the brakes at highway speeds, the car brakes normally, but at 30 miles per hour, the steering wheel shakes a lot. What could it be? Thanks.

Sounds more like tires if you brake rotors were warped it would shake more the faster you were breaking speed at
