Shaking steering wheel

Hi. I have Toyota Siena 2017 with  73,000 miles. Front brakes and tires was changed. The question: if i start using brakes with speed 30-40 m/ph, i fell my steering wheel a little shaking what it could be.

Your rotors might be warped. Whoever did the brake job on your car might have used cheap quality parts from china. Or your car might have gone through a front wheel alignment incorrectly.

Did it happen before the brake + tyre change?
