Or should I just go for it and get
2008 Lexus GS 350 AWD 180k km
All 3 cars in great shape and pretty loaded. I live in Canada so the AWD would be nice in the winter and rear wheel drive is out of the question.

Besides the Corolla and Civic, the rest are not in the same category. If you want an economy car, get the Corolla or Civic, for a more spacious one, pick Acord. The Lexus is good but the repair cost for that model is a bit high down the road, although neither of those have the Lexus ride quality.
