I have a 2010 Toyota Tacoma with 120,000 miles on it 2.7 Lt Engine . I noted they sell a Plug and drive OBD2  nitro Tuning performance / chip box to increase horse power and gas mileage. is it worth the cash or just a come on for cash ? E-Bay have some ranging from 30 dollars to over 100.00 , what you think ?

Don’t waste your money.  I would pass on it.

It's snake oil. Manufacturers' backs are against the wall meeting mileage standards. If it was that simple to increase efficiency they'd already be using it. A poorly-designed addon like that might even damage your vehicle's electrical system.

Think about it for a minute ...

If Toyota could increase performance and reduce fuel consumption (a huge selling feature and regulations to pass) for only $30 ... wouldn't the Tacoma just come that way? Do you really think the Chinese scumbag sellers on eBay are smarter than Toyota?

Waste of money. You would also be giving up the reliability of your truck. Definite pass.
