Is a 1995 FZ-J80 Landcruiser VX Limited, 75,000 miles excellent condition imported from Japan a good deal for $20000. I am looking for a reliable toyota and being a girl i am not mechanically inclined

Absolutely not. Imports are not suitable for non mechanical people.

$20,000 for a 30-year-old Land Cruiser that will have difficulty being serviced outside of Japan? And you expect it to be reliable when most mechanics won't touch it and you won't even be working on it yourself? Surely you jest.
