I’m currently driving a 2006 Honda Accord with 200,000kms on it. Since it’s a older car Im concerned about the reliability of the car. I’m considering buying a 2018 Mazda 6 because I heard Mazda’s reliability has improved recently. Should I stick with the accord or is it time to make a new purchase.

If you WANT a different car, you could do a lot worse. But if you've been taking care of your Honda, there's no reason you can't get another 100-200,000 km out of it without too much other than oil changes, tires and maybe a battery. Note that cars are terribly expensive now, new or used.
