I would really like to get a 6th gen Honda Civic but not sure considering how old these cars are and its rare to find one with low milage, not abused and taken care of. I live in Europe so parts could be an issue? Also because of my country's law for young drivers i can only get a 1.4 75hp or 1.4 90 hp engines, anything above 109hp i cant get until i am 21 or older.

Well Hondas are really well made vehicles. But of course as they get old anything can wear out. You'd have to have a mechanic check one out but if you can find a lower mileage one it could be a great car
