2007 eclipse four cylinder will not start it will crank but you don't hear the fuel pump
another problem is that the park light in the gauge cluster is burly.

That fuse feeds power to many sensors.
Look for a short.
Pay special attention to the wires close to the heat shield going to your O2 sensors
@jack62 what sensors this fuse sends power like how sensors and where
@jack62 I check the wires going to the O2 sensor and they look good
