The OEM timing belt kit in my 2013 Honda Accord V6 cost like maybe $230 something but on ebay the cheapest I've found are like only $55. Are the cheap non-oem parts from ebay worth buying?

Sure, if you like the idea of replacing your engine after the cheap counterfeit eBay belt breaks go for it.
You might be able to split the difference between the huge retail markup of dealer parts and the questionable quality of clone parts online by finding an online Honda part dealer that sell genuine Honda parts at wholesale cost. Some examples from a quick search:

I like @jdavidm suggestions. You can also look at RockAuto for reasonable quality non-OEM.
But you sound skeptical about some of the real cheap/sketchy ones, as you should be. I don’t think you want to cheap out on a part as critical as a timing belt.

But even on these cheap ebay timing belt they say it's a "high quality" and "long service life" item mentioned on description meaning they should last as long as OEM ones. Do you believe what they're saying or ebay sellers can say whatever they want?

Not only that, but I can give you a great deal on a bridge I happen to have in Brooklyn that I really don't need any more. I'll let you have it for a great price and will throw in a big statue just sitting around in New York harbor to sweeten the deal.
When it comes to vital components that involve a lot of labor, I much prefer OEM or quality name brands (in Honda’s case, Aisin), from reputable stores.
