I recommend using vincheck.info it’s free and it shows everything, I used this when I bought my car from a dealer, you said it has no codes or frames but try and using a really good high end scan tool to see if you can find some hidden or deleted codes, another thing would be not to worry of the dealers ratings as much and just see the condition of the car how it runs, and what codes you can get from it, from my end it looks like it has no recalls at all and no accidents or anything. The Mazda was also made in Japan as well, aside from that someone in this forum did say the car was in An accident so maybe my sources aren’t as reliable. Another good website that’s free is vehiclehistory.com it looks like it costs $12,980, this car is also known and considered a realible small car, so if you know how to drive it you’ll get mpg just remember to keep looking for info on this car. Dealer ratings aren’t everything but just be sure the vehicle is good and so your part of the whole car buying process, aside from that this car looks good, it’s made in Japan, the background checks look good, it’s a manual so that’s even better, and it has amazing reliability ratings. And it’s also RWD.
