2011 Honda Accord 111k miles for $5000. So the seller said that the wheel popped off and caused a dent (see photo). It's hard to find a 2010+ car that's within budget of $5k preferably, so I wanted to get second opinions on this. Should I be wary of axle damage too?

do you know why it "popped off"? did a major component holding the wheel break? or were the lugnuts not there?
I think the lug nuts popped off. Seller said they got new ones. Maybe I'll just look for a car that hasn't had an issue.
