Should I buy this Celica

Greetings Scotty. I am looking to purchase a 2002 Celica GT. Please see URL.

 

Some of my concerns. It is priced at 6500 bucks, and sitting in the lot for a year. What are some common problems I should be concerned about with this vehicle such as battery, braking, fluid changes etc? 

What advice do you have in renogitating a price now that the vehicle is almost 20 years old?

I would have to research it first. Check all the local listings in your area and get a feel for the market.
