I'm interested at 2015 Jeep Renegade manual transmission with only 56k miles $13.5k cash from private seller. It is clean title, smog ready and excellent condition. Is it a good buy?

Jeep renegades are rolling piles of crap. They are just rebadged Fiats Italian junk. Stay away
Like OG Scotty said, they're obviously not great vehicles whatsoever. If you for real want to get that vehicle, baby it! I mean, baby it religiously! Though, I wouldn't recommend that vehicle at all and I wouldn't recommend you having to waste so much dough on repairs when it comes to an Italian junker.
I have seen one with over 193k miles with the manual transmission as we speak. But like the others have said, be very careful and keep up with the maintenance religiously. Good luck
