Should I buy a 2007 volvo C70 with a 118k miles ??
The guy is asking for 5700$
The roof makes a little bit of noise when it's close but it's all good when it's open.
I'm also wondering if it would be effected by hot weather 'cause I leave in a pretty hot place

It could be affected by weather, but most likely the noise you here is from worn weatherstripping around the sunroof.
I would have it checked out by a mechanic and if it passes inspection it may be a decent car.
