i found an 2019 Audi Q3 (technik, their best trim) with 50,000km. Negotiating extended warranty and Audi care until 2026. What is your recommendation on an Audi Q3?
50,000 km is about 31,000 miles. You said it’s under extended warranty until 2026 so you would keep it for 4 years. How many miles per year would you put on it? Let’s assume you drive the average 12,800 mile per year (according to United States Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration) then that means you’d put an additional 51,200 miles over that time period for a grand total of 82,200 miles.
As long as the warranty is through Audi only (versus 3rd party) and covers the full mileage , then I say why not? Life is short. Make sure to get rid of the vehicle in 2026.
Personally, I’d rather lease than buy, but I presume you’ve done the math already to see which makes more sense.
