I have a 2006 Saturn Vue AWD 3.5 V6 Honda VVTEC. Is it dangerous/harmful to change my ATF at 210,000 because ivw heard its not safe with high milage vehciles because it causes slippage? I had one at 100,000 miles but it’s obviously been awhile since then. Im just wondering if the better option is leave the fluid or change it.

what is the condition of the fluid now? Posting a photo of it would help.
How is the transmission shifting now?
