Well not to be rude but why would you even ask the question if everyone is a fool here. Changing the fluid at that millage should not have caused any issues unless done incorrectly ie flushing etc.

I took it to get serviced at a Valvoline. And today my check engine light came on. I haven’t scanned it yet but I know it’s the transmission. My transmission doesn’t want to shift automatically now. If I leave it in automatic it revs up really high like it’s stuck in 3rd gear but I can shift it manually with the paddle shifters. It might be a computer issue if I can shift it manually im guessing not entirely a transmission issue. This is happening after a few days after having it serviced.

These moderators and people answering these questions are fools. I just serviced my transmission with 86,000 miles and now the transmission runs rough. My shifter is vibrating when it didn’t before. It is now shifting hard into 2nd gear. DONT LISTEN TO ANYBODY ON HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE FOOLS.

If you waited for 86,000 miles to service your transmission then
A. You apparently can't read the owner's manual and
B. You got what you deserved.

I bought it with 86,000 miles from a dealership.

@Squonkers
What did the Valvoline do you your transmission? Did they flush it? What service s have they done?
Instead of insulting people, try to understand the issue first. Hundreds of not thousands of people ask questions here and they don't end up insulting members. Be respectful and if you can't, then maybe this is not your place.
